1. Share your space and goals
Send your ZIP code, project type, approximate dimensions, preferred colors, budget range and timeline. Wide photos show the layout; close-ups show edges, existing finishes, cracks or other areas that need review. For large artwork, include the wall dimensions and access route.
2. Discuss the right approach
We discuss the design direction and questions about the existing surface, preparation, mounting or access. A project may need an on-site assessment or further details before the scope can be confirmed. Photos help begin the discussion; they do not replace every project-specific check.
3. Confirm the scope before work begins
Review the agreed design, dimensions, preparation, materials, finish, included work and exclusions. Ask which related tasks—such as plumbing, electrical work, moving appliances or clearing furniture—are included. Pricing, payment terms and scheduling are confirmed for the individual project.
4. Plan fabrication, access and installation
Some custom resin elements can be fabricated in the studio, while other work takes place on site. Confirm access, workspace requirements and the installation plan for your design. The work schedule and the time before normal use resumes can differ; ask for both.
5. Follow the care instructions for your finish
Keep the care and return-to-use instructions for the actual coating or artwork. Product systems differ in their limits for heat, cleaning, scratching and exposure. Review our project-planning guides and ask about any use that matters to your space.
