• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm bookings.
• Final payment must be made upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major payment methods as communicated during the quotation process.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must notify us at least 7 days in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Deposits may be non-refundable depending on project preparation and materials purchased.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

We guarantee high-quality workmanship and materials. However, warranties may not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
• Environmental factors outside our control (flooding, fire, natural wear, etc.).
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs performed by others.

6. Client Responsibilities
