Resinart Finishes

Keep your resin artwork and epoxy finish looking its best by following the care instructions for the exact product system used. This page is a planning checklist; the written instructions supplied for your project take priority.

Before normal use resumes

Confirm when the finish can be touched, cleaned and returned to normal use. For floors, ask separately about walking, furniture, equipment and vehicles. For countertops, confirm when sinks and appliances can be used. Installation completion and full cure are different milestones.

Cleaning your finish

Use the cleaning products and methods specified for your coating or artwork. Ask before using abrasives, solvents, strong chemicals, steam or an unfamiliar cleaner. If you do not have the original care instructions, contact us with the project details rather than guessing which products are suitable.

Countertops and tabletops

Discuss heat protection, cutting, food contact, stain cleanup and appliance placement for the selected resin and topcoat. Do not assume that every cured resin has the same food-contact rating or heat tolerance. Ask which protective accessories and cleaning methods are appropriate for your finish.

Floors and workspaces

Keep the return-to-use schedule and ask about the expected traffic, tires, equipment, spills and cleaning routine. Tell us if the area becomes wet or is exposed to chemicals so those conditions can be considered in the finish specification. Report lifting, damage or unusual changes before applying a new coating or repair product.

Resin artwork and wall installations

Confirm the recommended display conditions, cleaning method and mounting requirements for your piece. Ask before placing an artwork in direct sun, near a heat source or in a wet area. For large panels or illuminated installations, keep the mounting and electrical-access information with your project documents.

Need help with an existing piece or surface?

Send a wide photo, close-ups of the affected area, the project or order date if known, and a description of what happened. Include any cleaner or product used. We can review the details and discuss an appropriate next step; repair suitability is assessed for the individual piece or surface.
