Resinart Finishes

A custom epoxy accent wall can become the focal point of a Las Vegas or Henderson home, office or hospitality space. The strongest starting point is a clear design brief: which wall, what you want the room to feel like, and how the installation will work with furniture, lighting and everyday use.

Choose the wall before choosing the colors

Look at the room from its main entrance and from the seats people use most. A wall behind a sofa, reception desk or dining table may have a different role from a television wall. Note windows, doorways, outlets, switches and vents. A beautiful finish still needs a practical layout.

Send a straight-on photo of the full wall and wider photos showing the adjoining walls, floor and furniture. Include the wall’s width and height, your ZIP code and any access restrictions. Close-ups of uneven or damaged areas help us identify questions that need a closer review.

Build a palette from the room

Start with the elements you plan to keep: flooring, cabinetry, large furniture and metal finishes. Pearl white with restrained gold movement suggests a different direction from deep navy and silver or Caribbean blue with warm accents. Choose a main color and one or two supporting tones before adding every color you enjoy.

Reference images help communicate movement, contrast and mood. Tell us whether you like the colors, the pattern or the lighting effect. Hand-created resin artwork varies, so discuss the design direction and sample process instead of expecting an exact copy of a photograph.

Flat panels, slatted walls and floating designs

A continuous panel emphasizes the resin pattern. A slatted composition adds rhythm and shadow. A floating design can create separation from the wall, with optional backlighting where the project allows. Each approach changes the fabrication, mounting and access requirements.

If you are considering lighting, decide whether you want a perimeter halo or light between elements. Discuss power access, controls and future maintenance before fabrication. Electrical work and mounting requirements should be defined in the project scope, not left as assumptions.

What affects an accent wall estimate?

Dimensions, design complexity, panel or slat configuration, edge details, lighting, wall condition and installation access all matter. Share your budget early so the design discussion can focus on a realistic scope. Ask what is included in fabrication, delivery, mounting and any related work.

Questions to settle before you approve the design

Confirm the final dimensions, color direction, mounting approach and any seams or panel divisions. Ask how the finish should be cleaned and how access to lighting components will be maintained. Get a project-specific schedule that distinguishes studio fabrication from on-site work.

Plan a cohesive room

For an open-plan renovation, coordinate the wall with your epoxy countertop or backsplash rather than making every surface equally dramatic. Repeating a single accent color can connect the spaces while allowing the wall to stand out.
