Services (Epoxy Flooring & Installations)
Due to the custom nature of epoxy flooring, resin walls, and installations, all service sales are final. Once work has started, no refunds can be issued. If you encounter any concerns, please contact us within 7 business days and we will review possible adjustments or solutions.
Products (Shop Purchases)
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or full refund will be arranged after verification.
